The manager messaged tonight asking me to cover a late customer visit tomorrow

The manager messaged tonight asking me to cover a late customer visit tomorrow. My route is already full with follow-ups, but the lead credit will go to the other salesperson because it is his territory. I know field sales needs flexibility. I also know I need this job, especially with wedding expenses coming. But this has been happening for around six weeks—route changes, visits after hours, leads moved, and then somebody else gets the credit. I keep saying yes so nobody calls me uncooperative, but now they are treating my yes like my actual job. My shirt is still hanging on the plastic chair and his message is open beside an untouched steel cup of tea. I told my fiancee I would keep one evening free this week. I feel guilty even mentioning that, because the customer still needs service and the team is under pressure. If I refuse, maybe I become “not a team player.” If I accept, I will again spend hours travelling and waiting while someone else appears on the sheet. I even opened a job site today, then closed it without applying. Where does being flexible end and being used start?
