Navigating Credit and Recognition in Workplace Collaboration
At a team briefing, a coworker presented the revised guest-feedback process as their work. I’d tested the changes across several shifts and organised the examples, so it was strange hearing everyone get one version of how it came together. I saved the draft materials and asked for a short private conversation rather than saying anything in front of the team. I’m not trying to turn it into a big confrontation, but if I say nothing, this may become the accepted story. Is a calm correction about shared work reasonable, or am I making too much of one omission?
