Feeling Overlooked When Coworker Took Credit for My Work

In our team briefing, a coworker presented a revised shelf-check process that came from my shift notes and the testing I did. I was there listening to my own work being described without my name attached to it. I’m not looking for a public argument, especially because I need this retail job, but it was frustrating seeing the visible part get credited elsewhere. I’ve saved the dated notes and will probably raise it privately, calmly. Still feels bad that I have to prove it was mine.

The dated notes matter, but so does being specific about the outcome you want—formal attribution, or simply an acknowledgement from the coworker?
